MEET WITH ENGLISHMEN?

Possibility of Oxford and Cambridge Men Running in Stadium.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

While no official statement has yet been made, it is definitely known that Oxford and Cambridge are seeking to hold another international track meet with Harvard and Yale next summer. Mr. P. J. Baker, captain of the Cambridge team and winner of the mile race in the dual meet against Harvard and Yale two years ago, has come to America as the representative of the English universities to learn the attitude of the Harvard and Yale track authorities towards a meet to be held in the Stadium next spring. The meet will probably be held immediately after the Harvard-Yale boat race as an added attraction for Commencement Week.
