An open meeting to the recently organized Harvard Federation of Territorial Clubs will be held in the Assembly Room of the Union tomorrow evening at 7.15 o'clock.

President Lowell will speak on the relation of the Federation to the Freshman dormitory plan. Other speakers will include Rev. Minot Osgood Simons '91, last year president of the Associated Harvard Clubs, J. D. Phillips '97, of the New England Federation of Harvard Clubs, and H. G. Clemens '11.

The Federation is the largest of the active undergraduate organizations so that the attendance at the meeting should be large.
