New London, Conn., Nov. 22, 1912.--The entire squad was in fine condition this evening. The morning was devoted to automobile rides about the city; the players returned to the Hotel Mohican for a 1 o'clock lunch. Shortly afterward, the remainder of the squad arrived.
At 4 o'clock the players went to the New London baseball park, where they were divided up into two teams, and secret signal practice held. Although no football clothes were worn, the practice was very satisfactory. The hour following dinner was spent in singing, after which another signal drill was held in the Y. M. C. A. Gymnasium. A long blackboard talk followed and the men retired at 9.30 o'clock.
The squad will leave for New Haven at 9.50 o'clock tomorrow, arriving at 11 o'clock. The players will go directly to the Hotel Taft where they will take luncheon. Immediately afterward, they will be driven in cabs to Yale Field, returning after the game to the Hotel Taft for a banquet, after which the team will formally disband.
