Arrangements have been practically completed for the meeting of the New England Federation of Harvard Clubs in Hartford tomorrow.
Delegates from Boston, Worcester, and other clubs near by will leave at 9.15 o'clock tomorrow morning via Springfield in a special car. Delegates from the western part of New England plan to reach Hartford before 12 o'clock. All those present will take lunch at the Hartford Golf Club as guests of the Connecticut Harvard Club. The business meeting, including reports of committees, election of officers, etc., will come immediately after luncheon.
Both President Lowell and Dean Briggs will probably be present at the dinner in the evening, which will be served at the Allyn House.
