NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Arrangements have just been completed concerning a permanent Harvard Forum. Meetings for student discussion of questions of University and public interest will be held from time to time in the Union, and will be under the immediate direction of the Speakers' Club, with the co-operation of the Governing Board of the Union. The membership of the Forum will consist of all members of the Union and the Speakers' Club. The meetings will begin immediately after the fall athletic season is over, and will be held at regular intervals.

Leaders in the discussion are to be selected because of their special interest in the subject in hand, but the main purpose will be to encourage the expression of opinion by the students at large.
