The Boston Symphony Orchestra Will give the second of a series of eight concerts under the direction of Max Friedler in Sanders Theatre this evening at $ o'clock. Miss Lilla Ormond will be the soloist. Tickets at $1 each are now on sale at Kent's University Bookstore.
The program will be as follows: Cherubini, Overture to the Opera "Lodoiska"; Brahms, Symphony in E minor, No. 4, op. 98; Aria; Debussy, Prelude to "The Afternoon of a Faun"; Aria; Gilbert, Comedy Overture on Negro Themes.
The other concerts will be given on the following. Thursday evenings: December 14, January 18, February 8, February 29, March 28, and April 25.
