FOOTBALL MASS MEETING AT 7

P. WITHINGTON '09 WILL SPEAK AND NEW SONGS TRIED FOR DARTMOUTH GAME.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The second football mass meeting of the year will be held in the Living Room of the Union this evening at 7 o'clock in preparation for the Dartmouth game on Saturday. Although Princeton has defeated Dartmouth, the crippled condition of the University team will make the game a close one, and the cheering should be well organized.

The committee has arranged to have P. Withington '09, centre on the University team when in College, and Coach of the candidates for that position this fall, speak on the work of the team. Four new songs have been chosen for trial this evening: "Crimson Triumph", "John Harvard, Here's to You", "Harvard Union", and a new song as yet un-named. Besides these the old songs will be practiced. B. B. Locke '13 will lead the singing and Kanrich's band will play. C. T. Abeles '13, J. B. Cummings '13, and A. M. Goodale '13, will cheer-leaders.
