Second and Freshmen Tied

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Immediately after the Holy Cross game on Saturday, the second team played the Freshmen. Neither side was able to score although E. A. Graustein '13 made several long runs. The forward pass was tried several times but was unsuccessful in each case. Both sides showed aggressiveness but the Freshmen line was very weak in spots.

This game was played instead of those announced between the second team and the first team substitutes and the second team seconds and the Freshmen because of the large number of substitutes sent into the Holy Cross game.
