An open University Forum, under the auspices of the Speakers' Club, will be held in Emerson D this evening at 8 o'clock. The subject will be "The Political Situation."
The procedure will be as follows: representatives from each political club in the University will open the discussion with speeches, not exceeding ten minutes in length. The discussion will then be thrown open to the entire meeting, and anyone present may speak from the floor on any phase of the subject. Such extemporary speeches will be limited to three minutes. The discussion will be closed by short summarizing speeches by four other representatives of the political clubs.
S. M. Seymour '13, president of the Speakers' Club will preside. The Progressive Club will be represented in the main speeches by E. L. Bacon 1L. and O. Ryan 3L.; the Wilson Club by M. M. McDermott 3L. and H. M. Stephens 3L.; the Taft Club by S. M. Rinaker 3L.; the Socialist Club by N. Dana uL. and A. Jaretzki '13.
