SECOND TEAM TO PLAY BROWN

The University second football team will play its first regular game of the season, with the Brown second team on Soldiers Field this afternoon at 4 o'clock.

So far this year the second team has played outside of scrimmages with the first team only practice games with Rindge Manual Training School and therefore its strength cannot be judged. The Brown second team has played Worcester Academy and Dean Academy, being defeated in both games. The line is strong on the defense but the team, as a whole, has proved weak on the offence, due to lack of varied and open plays.
