NINE MEMBERS OF STUDENT COUNCIL CHOSEN BY VOTE YESTERDAY.

At yesterday's election for members of the Student Council from the Senior class for the year 1912-13, the following nine men were chosen: P. G. M. Austin, of Santa Barbara, Cal.; R. B. Batchelder, of Salem; J. A. Donovan, of Lawrence; H. C. Everett, Jr., of Boston; H. B. Gardner, of New York; A. M. Goodale, of Cambridge; D. C. Parmenter, of Gloucester; D. Sargent, of Wellesley; and W. Tufts, Jr., of Boston.

The balloting was as follows: R. B. Batchelder 96, D. C. Parmenter 95, H. B. Gardner 91, A. M. Goodale 91, P. G. M. Austin 85, W. Tufts, Jr., 83, D. Sargent 80, H. C. Everett, Jr., 71, J. A. Donovan 66, S. M. Seymour 63, W. M. Danner 56, and G. F. Cherry 50.
