Assistant Manager of Register

By A. K. Reading.

Men in all departments of the University are invited to take part in the competition for assistant manager of the Harvard University Register. Two candidates will be selected, one of whom will become manager next year. The work at present consists largely in soliciting advertising, though general business ability is a test. Preference will be given undergraduates wherever possible. The competition will close November 23.

Each man will be paid a commission upon work done, irrespective of the result of the competition. Applicants will be coached and given valuable training in advertising work.

All candidates will report to A. K. Reading, manager, at 44 Brattle street tonight or tomorrow evening at 7.30 o'clock. Men who have already taken up work will report regularly every Monday and Thursday evening.
