The University and Freshman crews rowed yesterday for the first time since the races at Ithaca. The order of the University eight was unchanged, but several shifts were made in the Freshman boat. Gardiner moved from 4 to 6, replacing Morgan, Crombie going from 2 to fill Gardiner's place. Walker went in at 2, and Carver at bow.
The University second crew was broken up into two four-oars, which will be given frequent races to determine the make-up of the four to race Yale.
