H. L. Stimson, A. M. '89, of the firm of Winthrop & Stimson, New York, will give the first of a series of lectures on "Corporation Finance" under the auspices of the graduate School of Business Administration in Emerson A this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock. Mr. Stimson will take as a special topic for today "Federal Control of Corporations." He will give a second lecture on the same subject in Emerson A tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock. The lectures will be open to members of the University.
