Rev. Professor Hugh Black to Preach

Reverend Professor Hugh Black, professor of Practical Theology in Union Theological Seminary, New York City, will conduct the service in Appleton Chapel tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock. Professor Black was born at Rothesay, Scotland, in 1869, took his Master's degree at the University of Glasgow in 1887 and received his theological training in the Free Church College in Glasgow. Between 1896 and 1906 he was minister of St. George's United Free Church in Edinburgh. In 1908 he received the degree of Doctor of Divinity from Yale.

Rev. Professor Black will conduct morning prayers during the coming week.
