The results of the matches played yesterday in the trials for the University tennis team were as follows: A. J. Lowrey '13 defeated H. A. Johnson '11, 6-2, 6-2; Q. A. S. McKean '13 defeated N. E. Paine, Jr., '13, 6-3, 6-2; C. S. Cutting '12 defeated W. B. Harris '13, 6-2, 6-2; H. G. Smith '13 defeated A. Richard '12, 3-6, 6-1, 6-1; J. R. Pratt '12 defeated F. C. Gray '12, 6-1, 6-0; L. McK. Miller '11 defeated W. C. Codman '12, 6-2, 6-0; R. J. Eaton '12 defeated F. F. A. Pearson '11, 7-5, 6-4.

The following matches should be played today and the results left at Bollis 24 before 6.30 o'clock: T. B. Lewis '13 vs. L. McK. Miller '11, A. M. Hyde '12 vs. L. I. Grinnell '12, G. W. Wightman '12 vs. Q. A. S. McKean '13, A. J. Lowrey '13 vs. J. R. Pratt '12, H. G. Smith '13 vs. R. J. Eaton '12.
