Mr. W. J. Curtis, of the firm of Sullivan & Cromwell, New York, will deliver his second lecture on "Local Public Service Corporations," in Emerson H this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock. In today's lecture Mr. Curtis will take up the practical side of the subject, and will discuss such topics as organization and incorporation, franchises, capitalization, financing, and business management.
