M. Jusserand, the French Ambassador to the United States, will be the guest of honor at the annual dinner of the Cosmopolitan Club which will be held in the Trophy Room of the Union this evening at 8 o'clock. About 100 are expected to be present, including active members of the club, honorary and associate members, and invited guests. About 25 members of the Faculty will attend. The dinner will take the form of a celebration of the close union which now exists between Harvard and the French universities. Among the speakers will be President Lowell, President Eliot, and other prominent alumni.
