The First Volunteer Citizens' Association of Cambridge will hold a meeting and banquet in Memorial Hall on Monday, April 17, at 7 o'clock. As Cambridge has no adequate hall for such an assemblage, the privilege of using Memorial Hall has been granted. President Lowell has been asked to speak.
