Consuls at Cosmopolitan Club

The Cosmopolitan Club will give a reception to foreign consuls in Boston at the club rooms at 7 and 8 Holyoke House at 8 o'clock this evening. Fourteen foreign countries will be represented. Among the speakers will be Mr. W.T. Reincke of Germany, Mr. J.C.J. Flam and of France, Viscount deV. da Costa of Portugal, E.S. Mansfield '68 of Belgium, and A.P. Cushing '78 of Bolivia.
