Hon. Franklin MacVeagh, Secretary of the Treasury, and Mr. Julius Kruttschnitt, Director of Maintenance and Operation of the Union Pacific, Oregon Short Line, and Southern Pacific Rail-roads, will speak here this spring under the auspices of the Graduate School of Business Administration. The date of Mr. MacVeagh's lecture, which will probably be on "Business Standards," has not been definitely decided, but it will be given sometime during the latter part of March or early in April; and the date of Mr. Kruttschnitt's lecture on the "Operating Efficiency of our Railroads" will be April 26. Both lectures will be given in Emerson A and will be open to the public.
