Ninth Lecture on Secular Music

Mr. Arnold Dolmetsch will give the ninth of a series of twelve illustrated lectures on secular music and musical instruments of the sixteenth, seventeenth, and eighteenth centuries, in the Lecture Room of the Fogg Art Museum, this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock. The subject of today's lecture will be "French Music of the Eighteenth Century." The tenth lecture, which will be given Monday afternoon, will be on "The Works of Handel," and will be illustrated by several members of the Pierian Sociality.
