President Lowell and Professor A.B. Hart '80, of the department of History, will speak before the Government Club, at the Colonial Club, this evening. This forms one of a series of meetings recently inaugurated by the Government Club to arouse interest in the study of modern problems in government. The addresses this evening will be based on certain phases of international law, and will follow the reading of a paper on the subject prepared by a member of the club.
