HARVARD WON FENCING MEET

The University fencing team defeated Yale and Princeton in the triangular meet held in the Hemenway Gymnasium last evening, winning 13 bouts against 12 for Yale and 2 for Princeton. Of the 13 bouts won by the University team, five were from Yale and eight from Princeton. Yale won four from Harvard and eight from Princeton.

J. A. MacLaughlin '11 was the star of the meet, winning all six of his matches, though Z. C. Ross, the Yale captain, was a close second. As the score shows, Princeton was completely outclassed, Gardiner being the only man to win. The score of the individual men is as follows:

University.--J. A. MacLaughlin '11 won 6, lost 0; W. Hunt '11 won 4, lost 2; G. B. Wilbur '12 won 2, lost 3; J. M. Moore '11, substituting for Wilbur, won 1, lost 0.

Yale.--Z. C. Ross '11 won 4, lost 2; J. W. Sanders '11 won 4, lost 2; F. M. Ransom '11 won 4, lost 2.

Princeton.--J. F. Gardiner '12 won 2, lost 4; R. F. Dawes '13 won 0, lost 6; W. B. Wensley '13 won 0, lost 6.
