Freshmen Won from St. Paul's

The Freshman hockey team defeated St. Paul's School at Concord, N. H., yesterday afternoon by a score of 5 to 2.

During the first half the ice was clear and both teams played well, the Freshmen particularly developing a very consistent offence. St. Paul's did not work so well together and the individual play of Heron and Bangs was mainly responsible for their team's good showing. Snow fell during the second half and made the game perceptibly slower; here the concerted attack of the Freshmen forwards gained a clear advantage over the individual style of their opponents, and by clever passing they scored three times, while St. Paul's could not get the puck out of their own territory long enough to be dangerous.

Sortwell, Adams, and Willetts played particularly good games for the Freshmen, while Heron, Bangs, and Schiller excelled for St. Paul's. HARVARD 1914.  ST. PAUL'S.
