SCORELESS HOCKEY PRACTICE

First Team and B. A. A. Both Unable to Score. First Game Tomorrow Against Technology.

The first University hockey team held the B. A. A. to a 0 to 0 score in a 25-minute scrimmage held in the Arena yesterday evening. The University defence allowed the B. A. A. no good chances to shoot and prevented it from coming closer to scoring than in scrimmages before the goal. Slow work by the forwards about the B. A. A. goal was partially responsible for the University's failure to score, as the men were able to keep the puck in their opponents' territory a good part of the time. Their chief faults were this delay in shooting and failure to keep on-side. In a regular game they would have been held up for forward passing time and again. The second team also lined up against the B. A. A. for 25 minutes, and were beaten 5 to 0.

The first regular game of the schedule will be played with Technology in the Arena tomorrow evening. Tickets will be placed on sale at Leavitt & Peirce's at 11 o'clock today. The price for box seats will be $1 and for reserved seats 75 cents.

The line-ups of the first University and B. A. A. teams were as follows: HARVARD.  B. A. A. Sortwell, l.e.  r.e., Hornblower Duncan, l.c.  r.c., Hicks Palmer, r.c.  l.c., Winsor Morgan, Reeves, r.e.  l.e., Leslie Wingate, c.p.  c.p., Heron P. H. Smart, p.  p., H. Foster, Jr., N. H. Foster S. B. Smart, g.  g., Canterbury
