FRESHMAN ATHLETIC CLASS

Sixty Men Enrolled Under Direction of W. F. Garcelon L.'95 and P. Withington '09.

The class in general athletics for Freshman will be conducted during the winter term under the personal supervision of Mr. W. F. Garcelon L.'95 and P. Withington '09. Previous experience in athletics is not necessary for participation in the work, for the class was organized primarily for men who had not had athletic experience. There will be instruction in fencing, wrestling sparring, track athletics, field athletics, gymnastics, and possibly if arrangements can be made for the use of a swimming pool, in swimming.

Those intending to join the class should send their names and addresses to Mr. Garcelon or P. Withington at the Athletic Office during this week as it is wished to start work as soon as possible. The class will meet on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4.30 o'clock.
