Decrease in Injuries from Football

According to statistics which have been compiled, nine men were killed and 177 injured during the recent football season. These figures not only apply to college football but to all school football throughout the country. With but one exception, 1901, when seven players were killed, there has not been such a small number of fatalities in many years.
