Judge Lindsey to Speak on Above Subject in Emerson D This Evening at 9.

Judge Ben B. Lindsey, of the Juvenile Court of Denver, will speak on "Some Enemies of Progress" in Emerson D this evening at 9 o'clock. This lecture is the second of a series on "The Progressive Movement" to be given this year under the auspices of a committee of the Faculty, and will be open to members of the University only.

Judge Lindsey has been judge of the County Court and the Juvenile Court of Denver since 1901, and has won an international reputation as the promoter of the juvenile court system and the originator of some of its features. He is the author of "Problems of the Children," "The Beast and the Jungle," and "The Rule of Plutocracy in Colorado."
