Fall Lacrosse Practice Today

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Fall practice for all lacrosse candidates for both the Freshman and University teams will begin on Soldiers Field this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Men should report at the Locker Building at 3.30 to procure the necessary equipment.

The intention is this year to have the fall practice-continue until the middle of next month and it will be concluded by a scrub series between teams selected from the candidates. It is probable that individual cups will be awarded to the members of the winning team. Besides this series, a game will be played between the graduate players and the members of the University squad.

The prospects for another intercollegiate team next spring are exceedingly bright. Many of last year's team have returned to College and promising material is expected from last year's Freshman team. It is probable that Mr. Arthur Warwick, of the Toronto team, who coached last year's team, will again take charge of the squad next spring.
