After a long blackboard talk by Coach Haughton, the University football squad was given an hour's practice in the baseball cage yesterday afternoon. The first team spent most of the hour trying out new formations and plays of an open nature, and then lined up against the second team for a short dummy scrimmage. The first team also held a ten minute signal practice in the Stadium.
