Yale will meet Cornell in the intercollegiate hockey series in the St. Nicholas Rink, New York, this evening at 8 o'clock.
Cornell has already defeated Yale in practice games during the Christmas recess by scores of 4 to 3, 3 to 1, and 4 to 2. Since then Cornell has defeated Princeton by the score of 4 to 1; Case Institute 5 to 1; and Western Reserve 13 to 0. There are five men on this year's team who represented Cornell last year in the game with Yale which Cornell won 3 to 1.
Yale has been defeated by Columbia 5 to 0, but later won from Dartmouth 7 to 2.
Considering the work of the teams thus far, Cornell has a slight advantage.
