At a meeting of the battery Candidates for the University baseball team held yesterday afternoon the following 13 men reported: pitchers, R. C. Babson '12, H. A. Baker '12, S. M. Felton '13, R. G. McKay '11, E. Ohler '11, A. C. Townsend '11, H. H. Tryon '12; H. R. Howe '12, H. E. Reeves '12, W. F. Stiles '13, J. A. Sweetser '11.
C. B. McLaughlin '11, captain of the University team, and Coach Sexton explained briefly the purpose of the early training. Practice for the battery candidates will commence in the Gymnasium Monday.
