To Captain Fisher of the 1911 football team the CRIMSON takes pleasure in offering the congratulations and support of the undergraduates. In the work of Captain Withington of this year's eleven he has seen inaugurated a standard of efficient leadership which will be difficult to maintain, but which will furnish an inspring example to many future football captains.
The prospects for a championship team in 1911 are very bright, as far as the backfield and ends are concerned, but are less promising when the centre of the line is considered. Of six "H" men to be lost by graduation, two were tackles and two centres; but this should not appear too serious, for, of the seventeen men who played against Yale, eleven will again be eligible. With this adequate nucleus the outlook for 1911 is far more promising than the reverse.
