Co-operative Begins Winter Schedule

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Harvard Co-operative Society stores have entered upon their winter schedule, opening at 8 A. M., and closing at 6 P. M. every day, including Saturday. The branch store will be open in the evenings.

The society has been obliged to open temporary quarters for its furniture department in the Post Office Building, Harvard square, as the subway construction of the Boston Elevated Railway is underneath the Lyceum Building and has deprived the society of the use of its basement during the fall rush.

Graduates and undergraduates of Harvard University, Radcliffe College, and the Episcopal Theological School are eligible for membership. The membership may be secured by signing the book at the society's office in the Lyceum Building and paying the annual fee of $1. This entitles the member to share in the annual dividend and to receive the usual reductions on purchases made at the affiliated stores of the society. The dividend, which for the past five years has been 8 per cent., is declared in the fall.
