The final rounds in the Sophomore and Freshman divisions, and the Junior semi-finals of the interclass tennis series were played off on Jarvis Field yesterday afternoon. As the result of those matches L. I. Grinnell '12 and N. E. Paine, Jr., '13 have qualified for the interclass championships which will be played the first of next week.
The second Senior semi-final match will be played between E. L. Beard, Jr., and A. S. Dabney on Jarvis Field this afternoon at 3.30 o'clock. The winner will meet J. Wheelwright in the final match in this division tomorrow. H. Nickerson will play A. Sweetser for the Junior championship tomorrow.
The results of yesterday's matches were:
1911.--Semi-final round: H. Nickerson defeated J. R. Tunis, 3-6, 6-4, 6-1; A. Sweetser defeated A. M. Ach, 8-6, 6-3.
1912.--Final round: L. I. Grinnell defeated J. R. Pratt, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4.
1913.--Final round: N. E. Paine, Jr., defeated Q. A. S. McKean, 6-4, 11-9.
