The Sophomores won the baseball championship in the upperclass series yesterday afternoon by defeating the Seniors, 6 to 0. The game was called at the end of the fifth inning on account of wet grounds.

The Sophomores won the game by opportune hitting and by taking advantage of the misplays of the Seniors. The first run was earned. Flint singled, stole second, and scored when Stebbins hit safely to centre field. The other runs were the result of poor fielding by the Seniors. The summary: 1912.   a.b.  r.  b.h.  p.o.  a.  e.
