Two more games were played in the preliminary round of the scrub baseball series on Soldiers Field yesterday afternoon. The Shamrocks defeated the Shut Outs by the score of 13 to 3 and the Moulin Rouges defeated the Solid Ivories by the score of 3 to 1. Both of the winning teams have qualified for the round robin series.
This afternoon at 4 o'clock the following games will be played: Jeffs vs. Prickly Heats on the diamond north of the Freshman diamond and Nine Muses vs. Cakeboxers on the second team diamond. These games will end the preliminary round. The schedule of the round robin series, which will probably begin next Tuesday, will appear in Monday's CRIMSON.
