Meeting of Board on Officials

Mr. W. F. Garcelon L'95 will represent the University at the meeting of the Central Board on Officials of the American Intercollegiate Football Rules Committee, which will be held at the Bellevue-Stratford Hotel, in Philadelphia, Friday at 7.30 o'clock. The duties of this board are to pass on the qualifications of officials suggested by the colleges within its jurisdiction, and to appoint such as are satisfactory and desirable for all games played by these colleges.
