Rowing in preparation for the graded crew races will begin this afternoon at 3.30 o'clock. Only those men who rowed on the upperclass crews will be eligible. The first and second Junior eights will row from the Newell boathouse and the Senior and Sophomore crews from the Weld. Coach Stephenson will have charge of the Newell crews and Coach Brown of the Weld crews.

The annual graded crew race, which is scheduled for Monday, May 30, will take place over the one and seveneighths mile course in the Basin, starting at the Longwood Bridge and finishing at the Union boathouse. This race will be rowed preliminary to the other races on that afternoon, between Cascadilla and Stone's School, Harvard 1913 and Cornell 1913, and Harvard and Cornell.
