University Team Defeated, 1 to 0.--Newton High Lost to 1913, 3 to 0.

The University hockey team was defeated by the Crescent Hockey Club last evening at the Boston Arena by the score of 1 to 0. The result of the game was chiefly due to the lack of team play of the University forwards.

The Freshman hockey team defeated Newton High School in the afternoon in a well-played game by the score of 3 to 0. Gorham made the first goal for the Freshmen and Palmer the last two.
