The University baseball team will play the Boston American League team tomorrow at 3.15 o'clock at the Huntington avenue grounds. This is a practice game not included in the regular schedule of the Harvard team; it will be the opening game for the University team and will be the first home game for the league team. Seats in a special Harvard section will be on sale at the gates.
During the past week the team had regular daily practice games with the substitutes. On Saturday the regulars were defeated by the substitutes, 3 to 0. Hicks and Ernest pitched for the first team, and Foster and McKay for their opponents. Young, Brown, and Reeves did the catching for the first team. The rest of the University line-up was as follows: McLaughlin, 1b.; Potter, 2b.; Carr, s.s.; Lanigan, 3b.; Babson, l.f.; Aronson, c.f.; Minot, r.f.
