Smoking Allowed at Memorial Hall

As a result of the balloting held in Memorial Hall with regard to the question of allowing smoking to continue in the Hall, 410 votes were cast in favor of the plan, 124 opposed and 69 indifferent. As this is the second vote in favor of smoking, it will be allowed after 6.30 o'clock in the evening.
