In the championship wrestling meet of the New England Association of the Amateur Athletic Union which was held at 7.30 o'clock last night in Cyprus Hall, Cambridge, Harvard won one first place and three seconds.
In the bantam-weight (115-pound) class, T. T. Mora-Rodriquez '12 was defeated in the trial round. He was the only member of the University entered in this class.
In the lightweight (135-pound) class R. I. Case '12 defeated his preliminary opponent and won the semi-final bout by decision. In the final match, he lost to Hackeson, of the Swedish Gymnasium.
In the welterweight (145-pound) class, G. D. Osgood '12 lost his match, T. H. Holbert 1L. won his by decision. Holbert won again in the semi-final bout but lost the final match in 4 minutes and 50 seconds.
T. L. Cooper 1L. lost his match and R. M. Page '10 won his, in the trial round of the middleweight (158-pound) class. In the semi-final round C. F. Cist 1L. defeated his man as did Page. In the final match, Cist threw Page in 4 minutes and 37 seconds.
L. B. Parks 1L. and H. K. Bush '11, both won their preliminary bouts in the heavyweight class. In the semi-final match, Bush lost by decision and Parks by decision on a second bout.
