Prize for Essay on City Government

The National Municipal League, of Philadelphia, has offered $100, known as the William H. Baldwin Prize, for the best college essay on "City Government by Commission." The competition is open to all undergraduate students registered in a regular course in any college or university in the United States, offering distinct instruction in municipal government. Essays must be mailed to Clinton R. Woodruff, Secretary of the National Municipal League, North American Building, Philadelphia, Pa., not later than March 15.
