It is worth noting that the wrestling team, an organization new with the College year, has already developed sufficiently the association has given several creditable performances and shown that it deserves a place among the minor sports. It even seems likely that if the interest in wrestling is maintained we may be allowed to enter a team in intercollegiate contests next year. This success has been made possible because of the excellence of the sport, which is not only one of the best forms of training for football men, but furnishes vigorous exercise in the winter months when it is otherwise least available. Wrestling is one of the sports which bridges over the dull seasons and offers an opportunity for physical training to everybody. It is also another branch of athletics which would receive untold benefit from a new gymnasium.
