The annual meeting of the Intercollegiate Association of Amateur Athletes of America will be held at the Waldorf-Astoria, New York City, tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock. L. M. Little '10 will represent Harvard at the meeting.

Several amendments to the association's "Laws of Athletics" will be considered.
