Lecture on Fire Insurance Rates at 8

Mr. Henry E. Hess, of New York, will lecture on "The Proper Assessment of Fire Insurance Rates in Great Cities" under the auspices of the Graduate School of Business Administration, in Emerson A this evening at 8 o'clock. The lecture will be open to members of the University only.

Mr. Hess is best known for his work connected with the reorganization of several fire insurance companies in New York City.
