The first of a series of out-door handicap field events was held in the Stadium yesterday afternoon. The running high jump was won by S. C. Lawrence '10; W. A. Perkins '12, second; H. F. Dunbar '13, third. R. V. Moody '11 won the 8-pound shot-put; J. P. Long '11 was second and C. Hann, Jr., '11, won third place. The distances in the events were not given out.
