LECTURE BY DR. R. C. CABOT

On "The Problem in Medicine."-To be Given in Emerson D at 4.30.

Dr. Richard C. Cabot '89, of the Medical School, will deliver the fourth of the series of lectures which are being given this winter on "The Social Problem and its Remedies" in Emerson D this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock. His subject will be "The Problem in Medicine." The lecture will be open to the public.

Since his graduation from the Medical School in 1892 Dr. Cabot has, with the exception of a year spent in studying, been practicing medicine in Boston. In 1899 he became an assistant at the Medical School, where he is now Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine. During 1903 and 1904 Dr. Cabot was a lecturer in philosophy in Professor Royce's course in Logic. From 1895 to 1898 he was the visiting physician to Channing House and since that time has become consulting physician to several other institutions. Besides being a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and counselor of the Harvard Medical Alumni, Dr. Cabot is connected with other associations here and abroad, both medical and educational. He is also the author of a number of books on medical subjects.
